What happens after you order
We confirm
Within 1–2 working days, our team checks your piece and sends a short WhatsApp video of the exact item before it's packed — so there are no surprises.
It travels
Your order leaves our workshop and moves through courier, with a tracking number shared straight to your WhatsApp.
It arrives
3 working days to major cities, 4–7 to other towns, 7–12 to remote areas — with no location restrictions across Pakistan.

Ordering for a wedding or Eid on a deadline? Tell us on WhatsApp when you place your order and we'll flag it for priority packaging and dispatch.
Every piece already gets the same care — this just moves yours to the front of the line.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, send us clear photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we'll sort it — replacement, exchange, or refund.
