Packaging
Every product is carefully packed before dispatch. If you're ordering for a special occasion — Eid, a wedding, or any ceremony — mention it via WhatsApp and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. Use it to check your parcel's status with our courier partner at any time.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us on WhatsApp immediately — we'll investigate and update you within 24 hours.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If your order arrives wrong or damaged, send clear photos via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — no hassle.
Minor colour variation between screen and garment is normal due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We strive to represent colours as accurately as possible.
